How it works

In coaching, we will address your whole self, body, mind and spirit, because these major areas of our lives are so interconnected. What’s going on in business or career intersects with relationship, family, health, etc. As an experienced life coach, I’ll help you identify and carry out a plan of action that fits you – a plan you can follow enthusiastically. By working together, we will explore different perspectives and get a clearer picture of the actions you’ll need, and want, to take. And we’ll use a variety of tools and techniques to help you stay on your path.

Coaching can help bring the areas of your life in alignment. 

As your life coach, I will help you identify your strengths, your possibilities, and also what’s holding you back. Once you begin to get in touch with your authentic self, you’ll feel inspired to make changes that are right for you. By aligning body, mind, emotions and spirit, you will begin to step forward into the life you've always known you were meant to experience.

The Key Is

Taking small steps of action toward reaching your goals – small steps that can lead to major transformation. 

A coaching relationship is based on trust. So I offer a trial before you commit and pay. The first 2 calls are FREE.
Call 1:  We talk. You ask your questions. I ask questions. And we listen to each other.
Call 2:  We process my Break-Through Coaching Questionnaire, which starts the process of focusing on your needs, challenges, and your initial goals.

During these first 2 phone calls we'll find out if coaching makes sense for you and if there’s a good fit for me to be your coach.

The break / through career and life coaching process…straight forward and accessible:

Fill out a break / through career and life coaching Intake Questionnaire designed for you to answer key questions about areas of your life...business / career / family / relationships / health and fitness / dreams - aspirations...that could benefit from coaching.

Have a 2nd call or meeting with Coach Pete to process your questionnaire. This will begin to focus your intentions and goals. We will highlight the area(s) of your life you would like to change with coaching support. These first two steps will determine if coaching is right for you.

Select the time and day (see the menu of coaching package options below) to start your coaching sessions. We then set a regular schedule for your coaching...and we begin!

 MENU of Coach Pete's COACHING AND FEE OPTIONS 

Coaching Fee Per Individual Session

$120

You can elect to Pay Per session Option for each coaching session at a cost of $120 per 45-60  minute session.

Coaching Package of 4 Monthly Sessions

$400

Elect to buy your coaching sessions in blocks of four sessions (typically one session per week) at a cost of $400 per coaching package of four sessions (at a savings of $80). The four-session package approach costs less and indicates you are making a commitment to the coaching process.
